  • Shipping Policy: RoyaltyM offers free worldwide shipping for a limited time. After this promotion ends, free shipping will apply to orders over $400.
  • Delivery Times: Ready-to-ship items are typically delivered within 1-3 business days. Hand-crafted products, such as cashmere items requiring bespoke measurements, will take 7-10 business days for crafting plus 1-3 business days for delivery.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

RoyaltyM stands by the quality of its products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, our return policy is as follows:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for eligible items.
  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact.
  • Custom and personalized items are non-returnable.
