Due to the exclusive nature of our items, we have a specific policy in place regarding returns and exchanges to ensure that our brand maintains its luxury and integrity, while also providing exceptional customer service.


General Guidelines

We understand that purchasing luxury fashion is an investment, and we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. However, due to the limited availability and exclusivity of our products, we have created the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:

  1. Final Sale Items:

    • Items that are custom-made, personalized, or marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

    • Products from our exclusive collections are non-returnable and non-exchangeable to maintain the integrity of the limited edition.

  2. Timeframe for Returns/Exchanges:

    • We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt of the item. After this period, we are unable to accommodate any returns or exchanges.

    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging (including dust bags, tags, and boxes) to qualify for a return or exchange.

    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns and exchanges.


Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

While we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase, the following conditions must be met to qualify for a return or exchange:

  1. Condition of the Product:

    • Products must be in new, unused condition, free from any signs of wear or damage. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after receipt.

    • All items must be returned with the original tags still attached and in their original, undamaged packaging.

  2. Special Conditions for Made-to-Order or Custom Products:

    • Due to the bespoke nature of certain RoyaltyM items, such as handcrafted bags or custom-fit clothing, custom-made and personalized products are final sale only. These items are created specifically for each client and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    • If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately, and we will ensure a prompt resolution.


Return and Exchange Process

If you would like to return or exchange an item that meets our eligibility criteria, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:

    • Email our Customer Concierge Team at concierge@royaltym.us within 14 days of receiving your product.

    • Include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange in your email.

    • For exchanges, please also indicate the size, color, or style of the product you wish to exchange for.

  2. Approval:

    • After reviewing your request, our team will respond within 3-5 business days to confirm whether your return or exchange is approved.

    • If approved, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN), along with instructions on how to return your item to us.

  3. Shipping and Handling:

    • Return shipping will be at the customer's expense, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for the value of the item when returning or exchanging. RoyaltyM is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

    • Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to avoid any damage during return transit. RoyaltyM will not accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged during shipping due to improper packaging.

  4. Refunds:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected by our team. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error or the product arrived defective.


Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue, offering a full refund or exchange.

  • Damage in Transit: If your item is damaged in transit, please notify us immediately upon receiving the package, including photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a return and either offer a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.


Exclusivity and Luxury

At RoyaltyM, we take pride in the exclusivity of our designs and the meticulous craftsmanship that goes into every piece. Because our collections are limited-edition and bespoke, we ask that you carefully consider your purchase before completing the transaction.

Non-Returnable Items

For your reference, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged

  • Gift cards


Exchange for a Different Item

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, RoyaltyM is happy to assist with exchanges, subject to availability. Exchanges can only be processed for products that are in unused, original condition.
