Return Process

  1. In-Store Returns: Bring the item(s) to any RoyaltyM store in the country of purchase. A store representative will inspect the products to ensure they meet the return conditions. If approved, you will be offered options for exchange or refund.

  2. Online Returns: Contact our Customer Service to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item(s) to our designated facility. Upon receipt and inspection of the products, we will process your refund or exchange as per your preference.

RoyaltyM stands behind the quality of our products. We offer a 2-year guarantee on all faulty or defective items. If you believe your product has a quality issue:
